Ja muzykę lubię niezależnie od wieku, ale owszem gust mi się zmienia. Kiedyś głównie słuchałam muzyki metalowej, teraz to raczej rzadka okazja. Mam okresy też kiedy słucham muzyki srodniowiecznej i klasyki.

To można podrzucić pod uważność ,albo świadomość o sobie i bycie ze sobą.  Wiesz najważniejsze,że to co robisz Ci pomaga czy koi i też jest dobrze....  Co do stanu ,gdzie słyszałam mnóstwo emocji znam ten stan doskonale a jeszcze jak dochodzi derealizacja to była jazda bez trzymanki,ale tylko się przekonałam ile moja psychika jest w stanie znieść jaką wojnę.
