estra Posted October 3, 2015 Share Posted October 3, 2015 Witam, tak jak napisałam w temacie poszukuje konkretnego nagrania do autohipnozy. Pobrałam je z tej stronki jakieś 6 lat temu i niestety zapodziałam;/ Szukam tego już cały dzień i nic:( Myśle że jest ono dość znane ludziom siedzącym w temacie, postaram się przytoczyć tutaj fragment: "cała moja uwaga kieruje na ten wybrany punkt, a teraz zamknij oczy, uwagę skieruj do wewnątrz. A co do innych nagrań to zupełnie mi nie pasują, może z tego względu, że tak przyzwyczaiłam się do tamtego lektora. Nagranie to mogło dotyczyć huny i pewnie dlatego tak trudno je znaleźć;/ Przejrzałam już chyba wszystkie nagrania dotyczące autohipnozy, na chomiku , yt, i innych stronach poświęconych tej tematyce i nic.
